As centrally-located hotels can book up quickly, participants are advised to make their reservations sooner rather than later.
IMCoS Symposium registrants will receive special rates for single or double rooms at the Hotel ibis Alster Centrum (**), Hotel Barceló (****) and Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten (*****). Simply mention “IMCoS” when booking in order to receive more favourable rates.

Hotel ibis Alster Centrum (**) – approx. 1400 m away from conference location
Located right alongside the Außenalster Lake, within easy reach of Hamburg’s main train station, the Hotel ibis Alster Centrum is a practical and comfortable accommodation solution. During the reservation, mention “IMCoS” to receive favourable rates of EUR 89- per night for single rooms or EUR 112- per night for double rooms. Breakfast is included within the price. Hotel Barceló (****) – approx. 1000 m away from conference location
A modern hotel located in the heart of Hamburg city centre close to all the city’s main attractions and transport hubs. During the reservation, mention “IMCoS” in order to receive the following special rates: Single rooms and double rooms cost EUR 145 and EUR 165 per night respectively between 8th and 9th October, thereafter (10th – 12th October) EUR 160- or EUR 180-.
